Hope you're getting to eat more than before and seeing progress! Sometimes too much of a deficit is counter-productive.

LC, I think I have found a good balance. I’m sticking around 1000-1200 calories, actually purchased a food scale and I weigh/measure EVERYTHING. I hit the treadmill hard in the morning, a quick 30 min elliptical sesh at lunch and another after dinner. Dropping about .5 lb every couple days. I’m not starving.. and I still have tons of energy (trying to pay attention to my energy level to help determine if I’m lacking calories) I actually feel pretty damn good! 😂

Glad the calories are a bit higher with all that cardio! Anyway, it's good you're feeling energetic.
