I'm so excited! The scale showed a loss, almost to goal!!! I have found that doing a 3 water bottle challenge at work and getting to bed at 11pm is really helping.

68.2 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
