This week I maintained. I started taking care of other things taxes, finances and I feel in control. Now if I can do that and eat right and exercise what a feeling!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
