I went swimming this morning, and I am now writing from work. I am exhausted. I did 1 km i 45 minutes! I think that is a new record for me. :)

Today, I gained a little bit - 300 grams - but that is of no concern. A little fluctuation after several days of big weight losses.

So today is - gain or not - a great day. Life is good.
129.5 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
