Back up a lb, but not to worry. With the challenges going on, I measured myself and I'm down .5 inch everywhere,(chest, stomach, hips, thighs) on my body in the last week. Think I have some more muscle building and that weighs more than fat, so I am happy with my progress.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week
