Not much. Still working out (I can do 10 flights of stairs with only a few pauses near the top now!) but I ate too much on the weekend and that put me back a bit. I let my cheat day turn into a weekend. But not this weekend! I can't let the weekend give me twice as much work to do during the week to see a loss on the scale Friday morning. Not worth it
