I know you can't outrun a bad diet....but I eat well, sleep and am exercising to the extreme and though I am pleased with a small drop, I am disappointed that it is not bigger. Water is still high and fat is lower though, so patience!

Patience is a huge part. Any time weight goes down is a victory, no matter if it seems small. If you’re training hard you should look for NSVs, like better fitting clothes, easier to complete tasks, etc. Scale weight is not as important as those types of things.
