These last few days I've been eating mostly junk food but I also haven't been eating much. Exercise has been on halt for like 2 or 3 days This wasn't planned, of course. I'll try to resume my healthy habits starting today :)
57.9 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
