Good weigh in as it showed an increase in muscle mass. Of course, will this stay the same or move over to the “other” side 😂


Pounded the Squats today with nearly 70 Reps, but only at 50% of Max that created plenty of sweat 😓. Also, included KB Push-ups & Gorilla Rows, 48 of each.


Finished with Rows & meet the 1500m distance to help reach the New 2021 Goal - 200,000m/year. Should take at least 150 attempts to reach!!🔥🔥
75.6 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
