Weigh in after the house is now empty of mince pies and chocolate! Relaxed a bit too much over Christmas. At some points needed to scan food into FS faster than being at an Aldi checkout 😁 Still below target but I'd like a few pounds wiggle room. Tough with lockdown, no gyms etc.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was same, there's no chocolate or mince pies left in my cupboard either, too tempting 😂 we back in lockdown too, haven't really been out of it to be honest, so my 8yr old has threatened me with more YouTube exercise videos this week, she had me doing bloody yoga&dance fit last time, nearly tied myself in a knot 😂😂 get a look online if you can, there's loads of free videos to choose from, have fun! ♥️
