I have been sick with a cold / flu so I have not exercised. It sure help to keep weight off when you exercise. when you do not exercise for over a week it sure helps to put it on. I am lacing up my shoes and off to the park I go.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
