Took all the decorations off the trees this afternoon. They do still have lights 😊 My daughter called as I was finishing so we had a long talk catching up. Both of us have been feeling a bit subdued & unmotivated. I think talking gave both of us a little boost. She is still working from home & spending a lot of time alone. I know it's hard for her.

I also had a long talk with my sister a couple of days ago. She is doing well considering. She told me she had wanted to look at a certain style of car for awhile. She took a look last week & bought one! It's sporty & different from what she usually has driven. It really seemed to give her a boost. Both her daughters encouraged her to go for it.

It's still cold here. I put out the peanuts for the birds this morning. Both a squirrel & the titmice cleaned them up pretty quick. I put out another bunch when the titmice were rustling around in the empty shells on the table where the squirrel had cracked them looking for more nuts. The titmice cleaned all of them out.

Cooking salmon for dinner. Yesterday, I had a big bowl of popcorn for "lunch". I did go over in calories. We had breakfast pizza this morning so that put my calories up a little higher. I haven't been rigid in my food choices. Since I maintained all through the holidays & ate more then usual, I figure if I start to go up I can always cut back a few days. Of course, I'm not sitting around eating nonstop.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
