A loss again today. Ate salad anf home made meat balls yesterday. A little too much Italian seasoning in them. Three large ones cooked with a little (1/2 cup 11 carbs) Kirkland Organic Marinara sauce. Portioned out rest of jar so have 5 servings frizen and maybe 2 more servings in jar. For dinner I served myself a goodly portion of hummus and ate to satisfaction--maybe 2 Tablespoon serving. Ketones really high thid morning but forgot to check before taking a supplement so not sure how accurate they are. Waiting now for morning coffee and plan to go to drive in church this morning. I sit in the car but can see and hear okay from there.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 34.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
