FML. Ate and drank a lot of beer and crap yesterday. Feeling all bloaty today. Working out tonight but I'm feeling like I'm treading water again, or even gaining constantly. It's so annoying...

God! I hear ya, girl! I feel like I'm on that stupid tightrope, ready to fall off. Weight goes UP... hit 125 and a few oz. over and I freak, manage to get it back down a bit, then right back up again. Frustrating!
