Damn.. after a weekend of indulgence in Dallas (go Bronco's!!), I'm up another pound. VERY disciplined week so far.. I WILL get down to 211 this time next week!
96.6 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
