Hey hi. I’m back and I’m fatter now than when I started here 2 years ago. And it’s my own damn fault. I’ve been eating like crazy since COVID started, and before that I hurt my back again pretty good and stopped working out. So I’m here to stop whining and do the right thing and get back to where I was 15 months ago by the end of this year. Thanks for listening. It’s good going through the feed and seeing familiar people. After 28 years in our starter house we moved 2 months ago to a beautiful home on 5 acres. Unfortunately, we’re 30 minutes away from the recplex we belonged to before. We’re outside a small town now in the country. There’s a place called “Snap Fitness” close by. Does anyone have any experience with them? I just know I have to get back to lifting again. I miss it, and it’s what really helped me reach the goal in the fall of 2019. Okay—now I’m done. 😊🎈

I am so feeling your pain! I'm going through menopause and I feel like a whale. my stomach grew in two months and COVID and stressing to get a new job, which I finally started this week did not help. I got the Ketogenics 30 day challenge and my Peloton bike to try and conquer my 25 lb weight loss goal. Hope to be able to give support as well as receive.

The important thing is that you're back and 15 months isn't really that long to go off the plan. I spent years in denial about being overweight.
