Yesterday was a 30 hour fast and I did well. I had some MAJOR hunger pains by the end and I decided not to stress my body out more then it has been. I’m not worried about not losing anything either. Since changing my lifestyle I haven’t really gone to the bathroom properly as my body adjusts to the WOE.
