Back on the wagon and surprisingly I didn't gain as much as I thought. Trying intermittent fasting, did it for about 2 years and helped a lot with my arthritis.
93 kg Lost so far: 27 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
