Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.8 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body

Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Red blotches with new spots, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea and moisturizer
77.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
