Reduce calories and track= being more mindful, able to ID patterns

Working out/ lifting weights/ squats/ walking= being more mindful to eat healthier, to look better, and most importantly feel better mentally and emotionally.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
