Saturday, I ate the tuna, tomato and cucumber salad. I added 1/3 half dill pickle and four olives. Since I was babysitting two toddlers, it was quite easy to stay busy. The day started at 9am and by 12pm we added their two brothers ages 9 and 10. After they opened their Xmas gifts, we headed to the park for about 30 minutes of play. By 3pm, we took them home and headed back to our house. I have to mention that all involved were all stay at home children. Later that day, I had my last meal of the day, Whole Foods Roasted Root Vegetables. That was it!!
94.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
