Ok, I know it's not good to weigh every day, but ah well. Right now I just need that reassurance that it can come off again. I know at this point, it's mostly water weight, but it's still encouraging.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I weigh myself every day. I think it's totally fine, as long as you can accept that sometimes weight fluctuates and can manage not to get upset about it. I like weighing every day so I can see the trend. But I only record it when it goes down :)

Hehe, yeah I know there will be fluctuations, and I know that right now it's mostly water, but oh well. It will keep me on track.

Hell yes! Celebrate every victory! A fluctuation DOWN is a celebration! A fluctuation up is nothing to even bother thinking about :)

True on K8, I think the same a loss is a loss, fluct up can mean anything and it goes right back down asap. Only thing wrong w/ weighing everyday is allowing it to mess up your day, don't let it. :)
