I can't believe I forgot to weigh in.....smh. I stayed the same. That's better than gaining. Been busy as always but not exercising. Same story every week. And I'm still not giving up. I have to go to bed now but I'm hoping I'll be on in the next few days.
113.1 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are so right Dee! It is much better than gaining!! Keep up what you are doing, and exercise when you can. You would be surprised what a 15 to 30 minute walk 2 to 3 days a week can do for you!!! I'm glad to hear you aren't giving up!! We all have to struggle, and having buddies on here gives me more motivation to keep on going!!
