這週吃了一次燒肉吃到飽,聖誕夜也煮了聖誕大餐。但剩下的時間都還是有好好注意吃進去的東西。本來想說這週只會持平(或變胖),但看到又下降了,還下了超過1kg,真的好開心呀! 下週跨年希望也能守的住!
