Went to the doctor on Monday and weighed in with full clothes (jeans), wallet, cellphone, etc. The weight was 490! So, next time I weigh in, once I receive my new scale, I should be below that. Yay!
222.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
