😅😂🤣😅 That also happened to me when I started to drink again lol It doesn't bother me much, overall I lost more weight this year than I ever did before and I will start again to eat right and cut out alcohol

Alcohol is a big weight gain contributer. Gram for gram the only food in the world that has more calories per gram is FAT. As in pure fat, lard. Fat has 9kcal per gram, alcohol has 7kcal per gram.

Alcohol is waist of calories, super addictive, destructive and the worst part you are paying for it, so yes count yourself lucky if you don't drink! Cravings and withdrawal symptoms are a nightmare!
