So, this is what happens when I don't weigh in. I did keep my food diary every day, but, obviously, I ate too much. I need to go back to weighing in every day, just to keep my mind on the prize. I have to finish what I started and it's not going to happen by ignoring the scale. Losing weight and getting healthy is a mind set and totally possible. I know that.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sazy, I have missed you! As you can see, I haven't been losing either but, as long as I stay on here, I haven't regained the bulk of what I've lost, either. My thyroid has dropped, even though I take my medication religiously. I went to the Dr again yesterday to be retested and decide what to do about it, whether to up the syntroid again or see an endocrinologist. That makes losing OR maintaining right now a real challenge. I have to keep it off though because regaining it all would kill me, literally, so I plug along. Best of everything my friend, and check in once in a while, just to let me know you are OK. Love you!!!

Bonnie!!! Just saw your invite to the challenge and I am too late to join! Whaaaaaa! I will be happy to lose 1/2 a lb a week .... just losing will make me happier than a pig in mud. LOL! Love you and good luck with this. I think you are doing great and don't forget you daily journal. Your friends are her to support you. Hugs.
