That’s better. My weight fluctuated big time. I think it’s too much sodium again.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know this is a dumb question but will to much sodium make you gain weight? or keep you from losing?

Kendra, you’ll retain excess water, which is fairly heavy but leaves the body rapidly.
