Don't get too excited. Took me all day to eat my breakfast yesterday, so only two meals, and in so much pain.

Started muscle relaxant last night, it's the newest protocol my Dr.'s are trying. DID NOTHING! Tonight I'll try 2. This can't continue!
111.6 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
