Disgusting!

So excited when my friend/coworker showed up just as I got home last night with my X-mas Bonus💰

Immediately ordered all of my supplements that I've been out of for a week, or so. Drove up to put the money in my bank & pick them up from Sprouts.

Now mind you I missed out on lunch prior to going to Physical Therapy, and now it's after 6 pm, so I was quite hungry and weighing my options. I wasn't ordering delivery, so not breaking my agreement with lil sister. I didn't want to hear a long diatribe on sodium content, so didn't opt for Pei Wei. Didn't want to break my word to Dr. Chen, so no Chips & Salsa from Chili's. What did that leave? Well I can't remember the last time I had Boston Market, and it wouldn't be fried, so win - win right?

Nope. The smell was turning my stomach by the time I got home, but I soldiered on. The food with the exception of the corn bread all tasted tinney. So the red arrow is either from that nasty dinner, or because once more, no release. Heavy sigh!
