I have gone off track and am struggling getting back with the program. I want to fast. Today I am having trouble fasting. I want to eat even though I had a tablespoon of heavy cream in my morning coffee. The only way I have found to eliminate the urge to eat is to fast even though I am having trouble fasting.
104.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fasting is tricky and can definitely play mind games with you. For me the heavy cream would be a no-no but maybe that's a keto thing?
