Whew, back on track. I started the week off Sunday by just keeping track of what I’m eating. I was amazed to see I had met my daily calorie intake by noon. Monday I added movement back in. My dog is getting chubby too, so I went back to our two 2 mile walks for the day. Today I’ll combine those and eat on my plan, both for weight loss and for trying to get my stomach issues back in order. My stomach was pain free when I had reached the low 150s and into the 140s. So, each day I’m striving for that healthy, pain free feeling. I want to thank those who have supported me and have given me great advice. I’m glad I came back to the app, it’s truly helpful! I pray you all are having a fantastic week!
