not back on the wagon (losing weight & exercising) yet... feet still healing from that "too much protein" episode. in case you dont know, too much protein w/out appropriate other nutrients to process it (i.e. calcium, vD3, water, potassium, etc) will cause your body to take calcium out of your bones yielding brittle bones & bone fractures. so, DONOT BUY TONS OF PROTEIN that doesnt add a full complement of all nutrients!!! those are lazy, self-centered, (AND LIKELY SEX ADDICTED) opportunists that simply want your dollars no matter how detrimental it is to you.
STAY WELL😷👍!

Agreed, keto is not for everyone! Always good to check with your doctor if doing something like that!

Drink lots of water too, for that helps in every way. Also, my husband ate so much protein one month, I don’t know what got into him, but he got kidney stones made out of proteins not calcium. It hurts just as bad, but it doesn’t show on an x-ray because they can see through protein stones while calcium shows up white on an x-ray. Yeah, don’t overdo the proteins that much. 😊
