Thought I would record the weigh in this morning - even though it hasn't been a week. I will be checking this again in the morning. I tend to flucuate all of the time. This is only 1 way of measuring but I have found that I fell off the wagon and want to get back on.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
