I was happy to see 144 a couple of days ago, but happy to be on target at 145.8 with with just 8 ounces to go and to stay at. The scales missed 146 completely! I have been yo-yoing for the past week. I told my quit smoking forum than responsible eating was harder than quitting smoking. We have to eat! I am proud to have almost met my goal that I set for this time frame. We can do what we put our minds to!
66.1 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
