Feeling a little better today not as sluggish at the gym like I was yesterday.
Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.7 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - Red blotches are bigger and darker with new spots, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea and moisturizer Digestion is still not 100% back to normal since eating something bad on Friday night.
