My gym bunnies. So I have been consistent with HIIT and bootcamp our trainer promoted to me heavier weights this week 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💪🏾, as a results I am building more muscle hence the insignificant loss.

Will I ever see a decrease in number on the scale? Kinda wanna see that more.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
