For some unknown reason my appetite has decreased considerably.
I had an accident two weeks ago and broke 3 ribs and having been taking pain pills and being very careful how I move. It may be the pain pills that have decreased my appetite, I am not sure.
I know one thing I have to make sure my stools are soft because if they become hard due to the pain pills it is like giving birth! Very painful.
\
sleeping has become difficult as the only way I can sleep is on my back which I have trained myself not to do because of the sloeep apnea.
I am eating a bit more sodium nbow but not over soing it and keeping a close watch on my blood pressure which is staying in the normal range.
