Whew! No change on the scale this week. I need to get back to weighing in on Fridays. Then I have a goal for the week and I seem to stay on track better. Went over the RDI this past weekend! It was our anniversary on Saturday, 12 years! DH went to work and I went to my parents to help out with the farm with the little guy. The weather was raining all day on Saturday and then cool on Sunday, which makes you want the comfort foods of fall/winter. For me, it was pizza. I ordered out Saturday night, go pizza with wings. I only ate 2 slices and made sure to order thin crust and I only ate 3 chicken wings but I also ate my son's small order of McDonald's fries. It all adds up quickly!! And then yesterday I ate some more leftover pizza and went on a chip craze. Back to work and I will eat better this week and stay close to my RDI! Except it's my friend's b-day tomorrow and we have plans to go out for lunch on Friday for thai food! Rats! All I can do is try! Think about things and not let my stomach do the thinking!

I bought a spagetti squash on the weekend. FS Buddies, what is the best way to cook it?

No change can be a good thing. Happy Anniversary!! We will have our 12th this year too, how time flies. As for Spaghetti squash I've cooked it both in the oven and microwave and both work well, you may want to look up on-line for times and temps. I made a meat sauce to go with it and I love it! My family doesn't like it because it isn't the same texture as spaghetti and does have a little bit of a sweet taste. I also like to make it and mix it with a little light margarine and cinnamon. Yummy!!
