It's December 1st! A little November Summary....I Started the month @ 143.4 lbs. So, I'm up 1.2 from that. My lowest weight was 141.2 & highest was 144.8. All below my goal of 145. The average of my calories for the past 4 weeks is 2035. That's over my daily goal set at 1800, but I seem to be doing OK eating a little more. I'm still measuring & logging every day. I get out most days for a walk, weather permitting.

We walked this afternoon in spite of the temp being in the low 30's. I spent the day puttering....waiting for the dining room ceiling to be finished, so I can decorate. I did pull out my Christmas throw pillows & bathroom towels. Laundered the guest room sheets, dusted, washed the glass thingys off the dining room chandelier, oiled the knife handles & several cutting boards. Hubby should be done tomorrow & I can start actually accomplishing something.

My knees have been hurting lately if I stay on my feet too much. I guess walking after lunch yesterday, then walking in the neighborhood & standing much of the day today didn't agree with them, cause they were really painful when we went out for our walk this afternoon. I've rubbed them with diclofinac...hope that helps. I can see some pain killers in my future for the next week or 2 😒

Our Hello Fresh delivery came today...Meatloaf with Sweet Chili Glaze, Sesame Ponzu green beans & Ginger Rice on tonight's menu. Sounds good....hope it's as tasty as it's description.

Time to feed the dogs & start dinner preparation....
65.4 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
