I went to the weight loss clinic this afternoon and am going to kick this issue I have had now I will be held accountable by having to review with the doctor what I ate, what I am doing and holding me to a diet plan. I think that is what I really needed at this point. I know it is costing me more than $100 a month but if I don't do this, but the end of the year I will be back to 200 lbs. and I can't have that.
