Inflammation down!

It’s inflammation. It goes up and down. I take meds for it, but I just really watched my diet for a couple days. I have autoimmune disorders and can’t fast. Very limited on exercise due to Disablity. Life! I’m still smiling! 💜🌻

I'm right there with you, kinda! I have orthopedic issues, had lots of surgeries, have lots of arthritis. Please let me know if you find help with inflammation 💛

I eat an anti-inflammatory diet. I also use hemp gummies for pain and sleep. I have arthritis as well as severe spinal trauma. I’m considered incomplete paraplegic, but I’m walking now! Still need a wheelchair for distance and a walker on uneven ground. The drs are astounded. I hope you find something that works for you. I do take Lasix when I gain or don’t lose. I hate it. Makes me feel awful. Best wishes!!

I'm going to look into your diet and try to add items to my diet to see if it helps me. It's wonderful you've far exceeded your dr expectations! It's awesome you're walking! Nothing tougher than a determined woman!💛👍👍

It’s not only diet although I eat very little processed food. I do use Orgain Plant Based Protein 20 mg per say. Per my drs, you need extra lean protein daily especially dieting. I do modified yoga/stretching and a Native American smudge/dance ceremony nightly. It’s helped me tremendously to get loving more. Also, I went off all pain BBC and sleep meds and I use hemp gummies nightly for sleep and at times during the day for pain. My motto-Never give up-Never stop smiling! 💜 I’m an extremely determined woman!!! I just got approved to ride horses again! I’m so excited! Next month! Best wishes.
