I lost some of the re-gained new year weight. Almost back to the low again, hopefully tomorrow.
Today is Sunday, and honestly I am tired of being on vacation. I feel that I do not move enough, I do not exercise, dieting is more tricky and I do not feel as good as when I go to work, exercise and eat right. It is so much easier to do right when you are not at home all day.
I am longing to go swim, and I will do that tomorrow. I only have membership for mondays, wednesdays and fridays, and the pools have been closed through the holidays. I need them bad. I am so ready to get going on my diet again.
It will happen tomorrow. Life is good!
