Today I am happy to see a small move in the scale. I wasn't sure if my meals yesterday (a burger from a local place that I had to guess at an equivalent & homemade tamales for supper that my husband brought home from a friend that I also had to guess at the calories). Maybe I am starting to listen to my bodies needs and not wants. I was able to wear jeans this week that have not fit in two years. Not tight but actually fit.
