8.4 % body fat (highly inaccurate measurement from body composition scanner)

waist measurement: 80 cm

I didn't see this coming! I'm not even counting calories properly lol, I guess tomorrow, half of this or more will probably be back on.

I have been aerobically exercising though, very lightly but consistently.
58 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
