Had a great time ringing in the new year with my hubby! Went to a friends party down the street. I made pumpkin pie and hot diggity dogs as an appetizer to take :)

Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.7 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - only red blotches left, trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea
Water retention gone
Migraine gone
77.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
