all i know is that better be muscle😕!
pretty much took a break for 10+days of so...
should drop much once i figure out incorporating 60g of protein per day + potassium rich foods & 'water' (i.e. i prefer thru veges or fruit vs plain water).
anyway, not to fear, seems my bod is just lowering fat in stages which makes sense but i need to buckle down!
102.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 44.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 2.3 kg a Week
