Progress is progress!

I'm not sure if it's related or not, but last night I felt a little odd, and this morning I woke up super-early with a migraine. I took my good meds for it, and woke up again at around noon. I'm still wobbly, but the light sensitivity is gone, which is a huge relief.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
