Maintenance is so very daily and sometimes so dreary! 😁 But, you do the hard work beautifully, Lonnie! 💙

Yeah so much harder to take off than to put on! Doesn't seem fair!

Thank you, everybody. It's great knowing I'm not struggling with my weight alone. I've decided I'm good anywhere in the 172's (172.2, 172.4, etc.) or lower, srossca. The 10-pound buffer I want to keep is exactly at 172.4, so I'm not worrying about it until I hit 173. I was a little above that this morning, so I've been good all day. Hopefully, I'll be back in the zone tomorrow, but it may take another day.

You always put the brakes on the treats before it gets out of hand. Knowing this is the way to do it, you always successfully take it off almost as fast as you put it on. And fluctuating up or down 2 to 3 lbs. is no biggie 😀

You can’t gain fat overnight from just one muffin, thankfully. It’s temporary weight.
