Went to Costco today for the bi-weekly shopping and bought the usual cheese pizza for the family. I also bought some of the organic quinoa to try for me. I tried the recipe on the package... it was disgusting so I threw it out and had pizza LOL... oh well I think the next time I try and make quinoa I will use the KISS method!
Exercise: 45 min elliptical 3.2 miles, 45 min weight lifting lower body Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - no spots just red blotches left, ate cheese today. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer. Water Retention Slight migraine still. Feeling dull ache and pressure, off balance with mixed up words. I hope it will be gone tomorrow.
